LET’S MAKE THIS MAKE SENSE!

Support for humans in the thick of it.

Hi, Hello. I’m Becca 👋🏻

Therapist • Private Practice Owner • Business Coach • Podcast Host • Cat Mom • Real-Life Human Being

Welcome to Authenticity with Becca, a space built around the reality that none of us are just one thing.

We are…
✨ professionals
✨ partners
✨ friends
✨ caregivers
✨ business owners
✨ question-askers
✨ cycle-breakers
✨ deeply feeling humans
… and sometimes people trying to remember why we walked into a room in the first place.

Those parts of us do not stay neatly separated. The way your brain works affects how you make decisions. Your values shape the kind of work and life you want to build. What you were taught about success, the world, relationships, productivity, and who you were supposed to become can follow you into places you never expected.

And sometimes the hardest part isn't knowing what to do next. It is trying to figure out which part of your life needs attention first.

People deserve a space that helps them:
🩷 make sense of complicated things without being talked down to
🩷 question what they were taught and decide what still fits
🩷 build careers, businesses, and lives that actually reflect who they are
🩷 find practical support without pretending the emotional parts don’t exist
🩷 feel less alone when things are confusing, messy, or still in progress

That’s why I built Authenticity with Becca.

Not because every part of your life needs to be fixed, optimized, or turned into a five-step plan, but because you deserve support that makes room for the whole human being bringing the question.

You’re a whole person…

Your support should make room for that.

Most of us were taught to separate everything into tidy little categories.

Work problems belong at work. Mental health belongs in therapy. Business decisions should be logical. Personal values should somehow stay out of professional choices. Questions about religion, relationships, identity, burnout, or what the hell you are doing with your life should apparently wait until you have enough time and emotional capacity to deal with them properly.

That is not how being human works.

The way your brain works affects how you run a business. Your past experiences influence what feels urgent, risky, or impossible. Burnout can show up in your career, your relationships, your body, and your ability to respond to one completely normal email without needing to stare at it for three business days.

That’s why I don’t believe in one way of doing this.

Different moments require different kinds of help. The goal is not to force yourself into the option that looks best on paper. It's to find the support that actually fits what you need right now.

You do not need to figure out every part of your life at once.

This page brings together the different ways I support therapists, private practice owners, women navigating deconstruction and adulthood, and humans trying to make choices that feel more honest and sustainable.

Take a look through the offers and start with the one that makes the most sense for where you are right now.

There is no perfect starting point. Just the next one that feels useful.

“I don’t even know where to start…”

Make it Make Sense is a FREE 75+ page, values-based, build-it-your-way guide to private practice, made with the neurodivergent brain in mind 🤯

I built this as a go-at-your-own-pace resource designed to help you build your private practice without the chaos. It’s broken down into sections so you can focus on what matters right now, with the nitty gritty, step-by-step details they didn’t teach us in grad school.

Figuring out the transition into becoming a business owner is tough. This guide is a compilation of the things I wish I knew when I went out on my own… plus a little extra.

Inside the guide:
✔️ A breakdown of what actually goes into building a practice
✔️ A values-based approach to making business decisions
✔️ The flexibility to move at your own pace without doing everything at once

“Can we do something about my situation?”

Building a business while being a therapist comes with a lot of questions. And while there are plenty of places to ask them… those spaces don’t always feel safe when it’s your specific situation.

Individual coaching is custom-built support to help you figure out your next steps. In this space, we can zoom out, look at the bigger picture, and figure out what’s actually sustainable for your life.

I’ll ask the tough questions. We’ll sort through the noise. And we’ll figure out what actually makes sense for you.

What we focus on:
✔️ Clarifying your next steps

✔️ Untangling overwhelm, burnout, and decision fatigue
✔️ Building systems that actually work for you

“I’m keeping everything moving, so why does it still feel this hard?”

A lot of the women who find me are really good at showing up, solving problems, caring for other people, and doing what needs to be done. From the outside, their lives may look perfectly functional. Internally, they are exhausted, questioning everything, or realizing that the way they have been living may not actually fit them anymore.

Therapy is a place to stop performing competence long enough to understand what is happening underneath it.

We’ll slow things down, look for the patterns, and connect the dots between experiences that may not seem related at first. The goal is to help you understand how you got here so you can decide where you want to go next.

Therapy may be a good fit if you’re navigating:
✔️ Burnout, overwhelm, or people-pleasing
✔️ ADHD, neurodivergence, anxiety, or intrusive thoughts
✔️ Religious trauma & political deconstruction
✔️ Weird family dynamics, boundaries, or identity changes
✔️ The realization that your life does not fit the way it used to

The practical details:
✔️ Individual therapy for adult women
✔️ Licensed in Arkansas
✔️ BCBS, Federal BCBS, and Cigna accepted

“I just need something I can use right now.”

Sometimes you don’t need a full session or a deep dive. You just need something you can open, use, and move forward with. The Shop is where I keep the tools, templates, and resources I’ve built from actually running my own practice and business.

These aren’t “in theory” resources. They’re the systems I’ve used, tested, and adjusted over time… and when I update them, the shop gets updated too.

So whether you’re trying to:
✔️ organize your business
✔️ create systems that make sense
✔️ or just stop reinventing the wheel every time
this is where you go.

“I just want to listen and see how you think.”

Professionally Messy is where I talk through the real side of being a therapist and business owner.

You’ll hear me talk about the decisions that don’t have clear answers, the things that feel confusing while you’re in them, and the parts that don’t get packaged into “here’s exactly what to do”.

Some episodes are just me thinking out loud and some are conversations with other therapists and business owners who are figuring it out too.

The best part is that it’s not polished. Professionally Messy is a space to hear how other people are navigating this in real time… and realize you’re not the only one trying to make sense of it.

What you’ll hear:
✔️ Real conversations (solo + guest episodes)
✔️ The messy side of business and therapy
✔️ ADHD/neurodivergent experiences in real time
✔️ Thoughts that don’t get cleaned up for social media

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you start. You just need something that helps you take the next step without overthinking it.

Start there.
