AUTHENTIC COACHING
For Therapists & Business Owners with Becca Ferguson, LPC
Let’s make the business side of private practice make sense!
I help neurodivergent therapists and helpers move out of survival mode and
figure out how to create a business that supports them, not drains them.
I SHOULD…
have this figured out by now.
🔹
be more organized.
🔹
be seeing more clients.
🔹
be doing more marketing.
🔹
be caught up on notes by now.
🔹
want to grow my practice.
🔹
stop complaining.
🔹
know how to run a business.
🔹
be working instead of resting.
🔹
be able to do this on my own.
🔹
have more energy.
🔹
post more on social media.
🔹
feel more confident than this.

Every “I should” carries shame, guilt, and pressure to be someone you’re not.
So let’s toss those “shoulds” in the trash and start fresh.
Here’s what actually matters:
✔️ Giving yourself permission to rest without earning it
✔️ Asking for help before you hit the wall
✔️ Building systems that work for you (not against you)
✔️ Letting authenticity win over comparison
✔️ Choosing progress instead of perfection
✔️ Defining success on your own terms
✔️ Creating space to breathe, build, and just be
Because you don’t need to “should” your way into being a better therapist or business owner. You just need a path that finally makes sense for you.
Hey, I’m Becca 👋🏼
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and business coach for therapists and helpers who are tired of urgency, guilt, and imposter syndrome running their business.
As an ADHDer and business owner, I know what it’s like to try to build something meaningful inside systems that don’t actually support the way your brain works.
Through Authentic Coaching, I help therapists slow things down, make values-based decisions, and create systems that feel realistic, sustainable, and aligned with who they are.
My goal is simple: help you understand your strengths, use tools that actually fit your brain, and build a business that supports your life instead of constantly competing with it.
I’ve spent a lot of money building my practice.
Some of those investments were transformative. Some weren’t.
I know what it feels like to hit “purchase” and wonder, “Is this actually worth it?”
I don’t want that to be your experience here.
So before you ever spend a dollar, I want you to see how I think.
The Make It Make Sense Guide lays out the systems, sequencing, and decisions most people quietly gatekeep about private practice. It’s layered, honest, and grounded in real-world experience.
I’ve been told I probably give too much away in it.
Maybe 🙃 But clarity shouldn’t feel like a gamble.
Start there.
